The charts are accurate, however, some prices will fluctuate depending on the present working conditions, real job size, etc.
The price charts require that you know the sizes of the work areas in sq. ft., such as when requesting lawn mowing service. And that you know the size and quantity of the items that you have, such as when requesting shrub trimming.
